摘要
鉴于生殖医学基础理论的发展，性发育异常原按真、假两性畸形分类已不足反映各种类型的性发育异常。作者根据性别发育过程，选择控制性别关键的性染色体、性腺、与性激素三大类，作为分类基础，在临床十余年间所遇４１７例１２类性发育异常均能归入这三大类中。本分类尚未包括某些少见病例。
Disofders of sexual development was traditionally classified into:true and male and fe-male pseudohermaphrodites.Following the progress in basic research,this old classification can not cope with the various kinds of disorders recognized today.Basing on the process of sexual development,we chose chromosome,gonad and sex hormone,the three most fundamental factors as basis for classification.We are able to classify 4l7 cases with l2 kinds of disorders of sexual development encoun-tered in our clinic within l7 years,into the 3 categories.Some of the rare cases may not be included in this classification.With the progress in research in molecular biology, more new branches of classification is to be expected
