摘要
通过重庆奥林匹克体育中心体育场钢网壳结构铸钢节点足尺试验,介绍了满足空间10个方向、大吨位加载的加载框架,以及对10根杆件施加压力或拉力的方式。根据有限元分析结果,布置了应变测点,得到测点应力值。结合试验和有限元计算,分析了节点的应力分布规律,按照Von.Mises屈服强度准则评估了节点的承载安全性。
The full-scale test on the cast-steel joint of the steel-reticulated shells for Chongqing Olympic stadium is reported.The heavy loading frame in ten directions and the ways to push or pull 10 spars are introduced.Strain observation points are arranged according to FEM analysis.Stress distributions are analyzed on the basis of the test and FEM analysis and the loading security of the joints is evaluated by using the Von.Mises yield criterion.
