水轮发电机的推力轴承的运行状况直接关系到机组的可靠性,为了保证其运行可靠性,需要对其推力轴承进行在线监测.监测系统中的对位系统是保证实时采集油膜厚度数据准确性的关键部分,主要由光电编码器与89C51单片机组成,实现在线测量指定位置油膜厚度数据的采集.
The reliability of hydraulic turbine generator is directly related to the running state of thrust bearing.To guarantee the security of operation,it is necessary to carry on online monitoring. The alignment system of the monitoring system is the key portion of realizing data collection of oil-film thickness in real time, which is composed of photoelectric encoder and 89C51, to complete online data collection of oil-film thickness at specified position.
