摘要
探索了以水为介质的原位聚合法制备壁材为脲醛树脂的氟虫腈农药微囊粒剂的缩聚反应工艺,讨论了反应介质的酸化时间、搅拌速度以及固化方式对微囊粒径及微囊结构的影响。结果表明,用酸性无机盐作催化剂,酸化时间120min,固化时间90min,搅拌速度3000r/min以及选择乳化剂0201B,可制得包覆良好、粒径分布均匀的微胶囊。若采用喷雾干燥进行固化,也可制成粒径均匀、包覆良好和流动性好的微囊颗粒。
Microcapsules with an urea-formaldehyde resin wall were prepared for fipronil by an in situ condensation polymerization reaction in aqueous medium. Several reaction parameters were investigated, including the acidification time, mixing rate, emulsion and solidify method on size, particle size (distribution), and microcapsule structure. The results showed: Optimum reaction conditions were as follows: solidify time 90 min, mixing rate 3 000 r/min, acidification time 120 min with suitable( emulsion 0201B). Under these conditions, solid, spherical microencapsules formed with uniform( diameter) and good covering. And so solid, spherical microencapsules with good flowability could be formed by the solidify of spray-drying technigue.
