摘要
目的:探讨和推广持续质量改进在医院药学部管理中的应用。方法:结合药学部管理工作实际,介绍持续质量改进的原理与运用。结果:持续质量改进方法能够提高药学部的质量管理水平。结论:持续质量改进在医院药学部的质量管理中具有广阔应用前景。
Objective: To explore and popularize continuous quality improvement(CQI)in management of department of hospital pharmacy. Methods: The theory and practice of CQI are discussed in accordance with specific conditions of department of hospital pharmacy. Results: The level of quality management of pharmacy department can be raised by applying CQI. Conclusion: There would be broad prospects in the application of CQI to quality management of pharmacy department.
