摘要
以2,4,6三硝基甲苯(TNT)为原料、KClO3/HNO3(质量分数68%)的混合体系为氧化剂,通过氧化TNT制备出均苯三酚的中间体2,4,6三硝基苯甲酸(TNBA)。通过正交实验,对工艺进行了优化,得到了较优的工艺条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间1.5h,TNT∶KClO3=1∶2(摩尔比),浓HNO3用量40mL,收率达86%。
In this paper,2,4,6-trinitrobenzoic acid was synthesised from 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene using the mixture system of KClO_3/HNO_3(68%)as oxidant to oxidize TNT. The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and a better synthetic condition was obtained. The results showed that react 1.5 h at 70℃ , the mole ratio of TNT to KClO_3 was 1∶2, the dosage of HNO_3 was 40 mL, the yield of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzoic acid reached 86%.
