摘要
为了保证三次交换液的透光与纯度,以木糖二阳液为原料,分别对四种不同强碱性阴离子交换树脂MA5133、D296、KD890、D293进行评价实验,考察了料液温度、流速对交换液指标的影响。结果表明:KD890是用于木糖净化最理想的三次离子交换树脂;在模拟工业化生产的条件下,二阳液流经KD890树脂后,不仅交换量大,而且木糖异构化最小,纯度降低最少。
In order to keep the penetration rate and the purity of the product, several kinds of anion-exchange resin were described such as MA5133、D296、KD890、D293 by material of the second cation liquid, and the second cation liquid temperature and its flow speed were investigated to the influence of index of the exchange liquid. The results indicated that the resin of KD890 is the most suitable ion exchange resin to purify xylose. Under the condition of analog industrial production, the exchange quantity of KD890 is big , the isomerism rate of xylose is the lowest and the purity of xylose decreased lowest.
