摘要
以某重型机床厂为例,探讨了在生产制造系统中建立“网络化的层级组织”管理控制体系的做法。即企业根据本单位生产管理的特点和企业发展的要求,既保持层级式的生产指挥体系,并采用科学合理的方法和手段强化对生产过程的系统控制,以维持企业生产活动的有序性,又对生产管理体系进行网络化变革,以促进企业生产管理具有适应性。
In this paper, a heavy-duty machine tool factory is taken as a case, to research the setup of the administrative and control system of network style in manufacturing system. In accordance with the characteristic of production management and the developing demand, enterprises should not only hold command system of production of administrative structure, and strengthen the systemic control of production process with scientific reasonable methods to keep the order of production, but also reform the management system of production into network style to improve the suitability of production management.
