摘要
在pH3-4.5的HAc-Ac-酸性介质中,维多利亚蓝B与透明质酸钠作用形成结合产物时将导致溶液共振瑞利散射(RRS)大大增强并产生新的RRS光谱,其最大散射峰位于285.5nm处。透明质酸钠在0-5mg/L范围内与RRS强度成正比。据此,建立了一种新的测定透明质酸钠的分析法。该法具有高灵敏度,对透明质酸钠的检出限(3σ)为14.9μg/L;选择性也较好。应用于润舒氯霉素滴眼液和润洁滴眼露中透明质酸钠的测定,结果令人满意。
In pH 3. 0-4. 5 acid medium, victoria blue B reacts rapidly with sodium hyaluronate to form complexes, which results in great enhancement of resonance rayleigh scatter ing (RRS) and a new RRS spectrum with the maximum RRS peak at 285. 5nm. RRS intensity is proportional to the concentration of sodium hyaluronate in the range of 0-5. 0mg/L with the detect limit (3σ) of 14. 9ng/mL. The method is sensitive and selective, and was used for the determination of total amounts of sodium hyaluronate in samples with satisfactory results.
