摘要
呼叫中心是一个处理各种呼叫业务的综合系统,对安全性有着严格的要求。针对面向银行的应用,文中提出了一种二维的安全设计方案,并介绍了实现过程。既保证了系统安全可靠,又保证了整个系统高效地运行。
Call center is an integrated system which processes different kinds of call traffic and has very strict requirement to security. For bank-oriented applications, a two-dimensional security design scheme is proposed. Using this scheme, the call center system is secure and reliable. In the mean time, the high effectiveness of call center can be guaranteed also. In this paper, the scheme and implementation of this two-dimensional security design is described in detail.
