摘要
针对孤岛油田聚合物驱后恢复水驱,含水率上升迅速的实际情况,研究了4种聚合物驱后提高采收率的方法。通过填砂管平行流动试验,分高、低渗透率模拟油藏非均质性条件,分析研究了各渗透层采收率的变化,对聚合物驱后的4种提高采收率方法进行了室内研究。并针对孤岛油田的具体条件,对所使用的4种外加剂的用量进行优化。研究表明:聚合物驱后,继续注入少量外加剂能有效地提高后续水驱的波及系数和洗油效率,提高原油采收率。同时外加剂的过量使用会导致采收率的降低,对外加剂用量的优化能最大幅度的提高地层采收率。
To the condition of water flooding after polymer flooding of Gudao oilfield at present, due to improper mobility ratio, following water will quickly breakthough the bank of polymer to production well, which will cause water cut in production wells in a short time. To solve the problem, four kinds of methods have been studied, include polymer fixed agent, flucculant, deep profile control, and high efficiently oil displacement agent. Results show that application of the technology could fully fix high concentration polymer in site, the formed gel system will effectively plug these high permeability channels, and the following oil displacement agent will enhance the oil recovery. The addictive consumption is optimized under the experiment condition.
