摘要 针对文东盐间油井普遍含盐高结盐严重的现状,开展了室内和现场试验,摸索出了清水洗盐、混气水洗盐、化学清防盐、泡沫洗盐等多种清防盐工艺。2004年与石油机械制造相关技术人员经过探讨、研究,从改变泵内腔结构、球座结构及固定凡尔罩结构等方面入手,设计出一种新型防盐抽油泵,具体介绍了该泵的防盐原理、理论计算及在文留油田实际应用中取得的效果。 During oilfield development, salt is crystaled and separated out from petroleum since salt solvability is decreasing. Accident such as salt stuck pump, suck in oil valve invalidated is often happening. Many salt control methods such as clear water flushing, water with gas flushing, chemical salt control, foam flushing are discovered by indoor studying and locale test in salt content high oil well of Wenliu Oilfield. A new salt control oil well pump is designed in 2004. This paper introduces the pump's salt control principle, theory calculation and application in Wenliu oilfield.
