摘要
先将4%~7%透明化添加剂、2.5%透明颜料、4%相对分子质量调节剂及其他助剂添加到聚丙烯中,在高速混合机中混合均匀并挤出造粒后制成多功能母粒,然后按5%~7%用量将母粒添加到聚丙烯中并熔融混合均匀,可获得透明度及雾度分别为83%及9.88%且色泽艳丽的透明聚丙烯制品。采用共混加料方式制备母粒较好。
The multifunctional transparent grain was prepared by adding transparent agent (mass fraction 4%-7% ) ,transparent pigment (mass fraction 2.5% ) ,molecular weight modifier (mass fraction 4% ) and other additive agents into polypropylene ,then by mixing, extruding and peiieting, the grain (mass fraction 5%-7% ) was added into polypropylene by mixing and melting, transparent polypropylene was obtained with transparence and haze 83% and 9. 88% respectively.
