丹参对实验性肝硬化细胞外基质影响的免疫组化观察 被引量:39

摘要 结果显示,实验8周末对照组动物全部形成肝硬化,肝胶原蛋白含量升高,纤维连接蛋白及层粘连蛋白量从2周起逐渐增加,8周末最明显,结蛋白阳性细胞2至6周增加,8周末减少,显示已转变为成纤维细胞。经丹参治疗的动物无一只发生肝硬化,肝内胶原蛋白含量,纤维连接蛋白及层粘连蛋白含量均明显低于对照组,结蛋白阳性细胞2至6周低而8周末高于对照组,提示丹参可减轻实验性肝硬化动物细胞外基质的产生,并减少贮脂细胞转化为成纤维细胞。 The results Indicated that all the rats in control group developed cirrhosis accompanied with increment of hepatic collagen after injection CCI4 and dietetic injury for 8 weeks. Fibronectin and laminin contents in liver were increased gradually,but desmin positive cells were increased from 2 to 6 weeks,decreased after 8 weeks which indicated that DM+2 cells transformed to fibroblasts. There was no rat developed cirrhosis in SM trent- ing group. The contents of hepatic collagen,FN and LN were lower significantly in SM group compared with controls. DM+ cells were lower from 2 to6 weeks, but it was higher than controls after 8 weeks. The results indicated that SM could decrease the contents of extracellular matrix and DM+ cells transfoming fibroblasts in experimental cirrhosis.
