摘要
以水为溶剂,甲醛为N—羟甲基化试剂,亚磷酸为磷酰化试剂反应得氨甲基膦酸,确定了其最佳合成条件:n(甲酰胺):n(甲醛):n(亚磷酸)=1.00:1.15:1.10,第一步N—羟甲基化反应在pH值8.5~9.0、70℃下反应3h,膦酰化反应时间为6h,最终产率为85.6%。其结构经红外、元素分析证实。
Aminomethylphosphonicacidwassynthesizedbychoosingwaterasthesolvent,formaldehydeastheN-hydroxymethylatˉed agent and phosphorous acid as phosphonated agent.The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained:n(formamide):n(formaldehyde):n(phosphorous)=1.00:1.15:1.10.The N-hydroxymethylated reaction time was3h with pH value8.5~9.0while the phosphonated reaction time was6h.The final yield was85.6%.The structure was identified byFTIR and elemenˉtary analysis.
