摘要
从事高等职业技术教育的老师,承担培养实用型人才的重任,应具备熟练运用知识、较强的实践和操作能力、组织课堂教学的能力。
The purpose of higher vocational and technical education is to train talents of practical models. Teachers’ ability plays a very important role in undertaking this important task. Only when teachers’ quality and ability meet the relevant requirements can they train the qualified talents for the modern society. Therefore, every teacher working in higher vocational and technical colleges should pay great attention in cultivating his abilities in knowledge applying, organizing teaching and practical skill operating.
