摘要
在热力学平衡实验的基础上,依据梅钢冶炼中磷铁水的实践,对复吹转炉冶炼中磷铁水的最佳复吹模式进行了研究。首先在保持造渣不变的情况下,确定最佳的吹炼工艺参数。然后,在这个最佳工艺参数的前提下,通过改变造渣制度,从而确定梅钢最佳的造渣制度。结果表明,采用方案4,渣的质量分数为16%~19%,石灰用量在13t左右,转炉脱磷效果较好。试验中还确定了梅钢冶炼中磷铁水的最佳成渣路线。
Based on experimental results of thermodynamics study and BOF practice with medium-phosphorus hot metal at Meishan, the combined blowing pattern was studied. The study consisted of two parts. Firstly, the optimum operation parameters were determined under a preset slag-making condition. Then with the obtained optimum operation parameters, the optimum slag-making practice was obtained through changing the slag-making practice. The results show that the dephosphorization effect is the best with 16%—19% slag volume, and 13 t lime addition. The optimum route of slag formation for combined blowing was obtained.
