摘要
沪宁高速公路扩建工程软基路段上部土层具有超固结特性,软土与粉质粘土或粉砂交互成层出现,有利于软土排水固结。针对不同的软土厚度和实际工况条件,提出分别采用清淤换填、湿喷桩、素混桩和预应力薄壁管桩(PTC)等软基处理措施,在保证现有交通正常运行的前提下,可有效控制新旧路基差异沉降、确保结合部的拼接质量,避免纵向裂隙产生等预期效果,为软土地基道路拓宽改造工程的设计、施工提供科学依据。
The soft soil layer at the top of Shanghai-Nanjing freeway foundation in extension engineering was provided with overconsolidation characteristic. Soft clay was stratified with silty or silty clay, which facilitates soft clay consolidation by drainage. Aiming at different thickness of soft clay and in-situ engineering condition, the method of desilting, grouting pile, plain concrete pile and PTC could be applied for treatment after economic technical evaluation. The differential settlement between old and new foundation and jointing quality were controlled effectively, so the longitudinal fissures was avoid. It is provided a guidance for design and construction of freeway soft foundation in extension engineering.
