摘要
目的:在皮肤创伤愈合过程中,各种细胞的再生与分化受多种细胞因子的特异性或普遍性的调控。其中发挥重要作用的有转化生长因子、表皮生长因子、纤维母细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子、血小板源生长因子、P物质等细胞因子。资料来源:应用计算机检索CNKI、万方数据库1990-01/2004-06期间关于皮肤创伤修复与细胞因子相关文章,检索词为“伤口愈合、细胞因子”,并限定文章语种为中文;同时计算机检索Medline数据库1990-01/2004-06期间关于皮肤创伤修复与细胞因子相关文章,检索词为“woundhealing,cytokines”,并限定文章语种为“English”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取含有创伤愈合相关细胞因子的文章,然后进一步提取与皮肤愈合相关细胞因子的实验与临床研究,并查找全文。根据相关性大小排序,选取最相关的6种细胞因子作为资料收集纳入标准。资料提炼:共收集82篇关于参与皮肤伤口愈合的细胞因子的文章,27篇符合纳入标准,排除55篇文章。资料综合:27篇文章中包括了6种参与创伤愈合细胞因子,这些因子的分布与作用均有其特点。在伤口愈合过程中各种细胞因子之间形成网络式的相互调节。结论:伤口愈合过程中各种细胞因子之间形成网络式的相互调节,机制复杂,虽然其含量变化及分布已有报道,但是精确的阐述作用机制的却不多。另外瘢痕的形成和及特殊情况下创伤难愈的问题一直是研究的热点,所以无瘢痕愈合以及糖尿病患者促伤口愈合等问题是值得深入研究的。
OBJECTIVE:Regeneration and differentiation of various cells are peculiarly and generally regulated by many cytokines in skin wound healing,among which transforming growth factor,epidermal growth factor,fibroblast growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor,platelet derived growth factor,substance P play important roles. DATA SOURCES:The articles about skin wound repair and cytokines published between January 1990 and June 2004 were searched for in China National Knoledge Database(CJFD) and Wangfa database with the “wound healing,cytokines' using computer,and the language was limited to Chinese.Meanwhile,the similar articles between January 1990 and June 2004 were searched for in Medline with the same key words as above,and the language was limited to English. STUDY SELECTION:After first trial,the articles relevant to skin wound healing-related cytokines were collected for the next extraction of experimental and clinical studies on skin wound healing-related cytokines.Full texts were searched for in the selected articles.Six most relevant cytokines were included as data according to the sequence of relativity. DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 82 articles about the cytokines related to skin wound healing were collected,among which 27 were included and 55 were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS:In the 27 articles,6 cytokines relevant to skin wound healing were included.The distribution and function of these cytokines have their separate characteristics,and the cytokines formed a netlike inter-regulation in the wound healing. CONCLUSION:The cytokines form a netlike inter-regulation in the wound healing,and their mechanisms are complicated.Detailed action mechanisms of them are still few though their content changes and distr ibution have been reported.In addition,the present studies focus on scar formation and special refractory wound healing,so it is worthy of further study on scarless healing and promotion of the wound healing in diabetic patients.
