摘要
在连铸生产过程中,二次冷却水的给水量随钢种、铸坯断面尺寸及拉速等条件而改变,以达到优化钢坯质量的目的。本文介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二炼钢厂5#矩形坯连铸机二冷水自动配水系统。该系统采用目标温度控制的二冷水控制模型,该模型以冶金准则和传热学为基础,根据现场的实际工艺和设备参数,得到最佳的配水参数。各控制回路根据模型给出的配水参数,控制各回路的实际水量,以达到最佳的控制效果。
In continuous casting process,the flow rate of the secondary coolng zone should change with the casting conditions,such as,steel grade,section size,casting speed,so as to improve production quality.In this paper,the secondary cooling water system for No5 rectangular billet caster in the second steel-making plant of Anyang Iron & Steel Group Co.Ltd is introduced.Based on metallurgical criterion and heat transfer mechanism,the optimal water flow rate of the secondary cooling zone is calculated according to practical process and caster parameters.On the basis of the water flow rate calculated by the model,the actual water flow rate of the secondary cooling zone is controlled so as to achieve the best cooling effect.
