摘要
近10年来,测定食品中黄曲霉毒素的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)得到了不断改进和提高,尤其是黄曲霉毒素特异性抗体的获得、免疫亲和柱的应用、荧光增强技术的提高以及样品处理和分析自动化技术的发展使HPLC法成为最主要的检测方法,本文综述了HPLC方法的研究进展。
During the past decades, HPLC method for determination of aflatoxins was improved by the production of specific antibodies for aflatoxins,the use of immunoaffinity columns as clean-up,the development of the techniques for increasing fluorescence intensity and the potential for automation in instrumentation.HPLC method has already become the most accepted method due to its several advantages over other methods.HPLC approach for determination of aflatoxins in food products is reviewed in this article.
