摘要
讨论了混凝土的碳化影响因素和碳化深度模型,给出了适用于寒冷地区混凝土桥梁的碳化时变随机模型.以混凝土碳化至钢筋表面作为结构耐久性失效的极限状态,建立了混凝土桥梁碳化时变可靠度分析及剩余寿命预测模型,提供了实用的分析和计算方法,并以一座现有钢筋混凝土桥梁为例,对其进行碳化可靠度分析及剩余寿命评估.该方法得到的结论对实际桥梁的耐久性评价和桥梁日常维护决策提供了重要的依据和参考作用.
The mechanism of concrete carbonization and the model of carbonization depth of reinforced concrete structures were discussed. A model of concrete carbonization depth that is suitable for reliability analysis of reinforced concrete bridges in cold area was established. Reliability analysis and residual lifetime prediction based on concrete carbonization were presented, with the state while concrete carbonization reaches the surface of the reinforcement as the durability limit state. The calculation methods were also given. A practical reinforced concrete bridge was taken as an example to estimate the reliability of carbonization and the residual carbonization lifetime. The results can be used as a guide for durability assessment and maintenance strategy for deteriorating reinforced concrete bridges.
