摘要
在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃上制备了TiO2和Pt-TiO2膜,并利用扫描隧道谱(STS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对空气气氛中Pt与TiO2间的强相互作用进行了研究.STS研究发现,673K空气气氛中处理后,Pt-TiO2/ITO表面出现两类新的隧道电流-偏压曲线,TiO2的费米能级从导带边移向价带边,表明Pt和TiO2间发生了强相互作用.XPS结果证明,焙烧后Pt原子热扩散到TiO2晶格中并取代Ti原子形成可提供h+的缺陷,从而引起了STS谱的变化.
TiO2 and Pt-TiO2 films on the indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass were prepared. The strong interaction between Pt and TiO2 was studied under air atmosphere by means of scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). STS results showed that the surface electronic properties of Pt-TiO2/ITO changed greatly and two novel types of tunneling current-bias voltage ( I - V) curves were obtained after calcination at 673 K in air. The Fermi energy of TiO2 shifted from the side of conductance band to that of valence band, which indicated the strong interaction between Pt and TiO2. Ar sputtering tests on XPS apparatus proved that Pt atoms thermally diffused into TiO2 lattice to substitute for Ti atoms and formed h* containing defects after calcination, which caused the change of STS.
