摘要
目的:探讨大学生宿舍人际关系的特点。方法:采用自编的大学生宿舍人际关系调查问卷对451名1-3年级的大学生进行测试。结果:①大学生宿舍人际气氛良好,人际和谐性(3.0±0.6)和亲融性(3.5±0.6)因子得分明显高于冲突性(1.8±0.6)和扰他性(2.0±0.7)因子得分。②男生人际冲突性和人际扰他性因子的均分(1.9±0.6,2.0±0.8)均高于女生(1.8±0.6,1.9±0.6),女生则在人际和谐性和亲融性因子的均分(3.0±0.6,3.6±0.6)高于男生(2.9±0.7,3.4±0.7)。③二年级学生人际和谐性和亲融性因子得分高于一、三年级,扰他性低于一、三年级,而一、三年级间差别不明显。结论:大学生宿舍人际气氛良好;男生中矛盾冲突一面高于女生,亲和一面低于女生;二年级学生宿舍人际关系最好。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students. Methods: A Questionnaire for College Students Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship was applied to 451 college students of Grade 1 to 3. Results: ①the atmosphere of dormitory interpersonal relation was good, the scores of harmony (3.0±0.6) and cohesion(3.5±0.6) were higher than that of interference (1.8±0.6 )and conflict (2.0±0.7). ②male students had higher conflict and interference (1.9±0.6,2.0±0.8 )than female had(1.8±0.6, 1.9±0.6), lower harmony and cohesion (2.9±0.7,3.4±0.7) than female had (3.0±0.6,3.6±0.6).③students of Grade 2 had higher harmony, cohesion and lower interference. Conclusion: The interpersonal atmosphere of college dormitory is good; female shows more harmony and less conflict. Students of Grade 2 have better dormitory atmosphere.
