摘要
小天都水电站地处高烈度地震区,坝区砂层的防液化处理至关重要。工程中通常采用封闭砂层、振冲和高压旋喷桩等方法施工,以改善砂层结构,防止砂层液化。但是,小天都坝址部位地下水丰富、流速较大且水压较高,河床内的漂砾石含量高且粒径大,高喷成孔和成桩都非常困难,致使振冲无法实施。通过该工程的施工实践,摸索出了一套采用置换灌浆处理砂层的可行方法。该方法改善了砂层的结构,既提高了地基承载力,又能防止砂层液化。
Xiaotiandu hydropower station is located in highly seismic region . Therefore , it is important to take measures against liquefaction of fine sand layers under the dam foundation . Fine sand layers sealing , vibrating percussion and high pressure jet grouting method are adopted usually in practice to improve fine sand layers structure and prevent them from being liquefied . However , it is very difficult to carry out high pressure jet grouting and pile driving and vibrating percussion is unable to be put in practice because of abundant groundwater with high flow velocity and high water pressure at the dam site and high content of large sized boulders in river bed . From the construction experience of the project , replacement grouting is found to treat with fine sand layers , which improves fine sand layer structure by improving bearing capacity of dam foundation and preventing fine sand layers from being liquefied .
