摘要
本文对南京玻璃纤维研究设计院1970-1978年玻纤工业中玻璃全电熔拉丝代铂炉和电熔窑,因使用多种电极材料所出现的原电池与电极供电交流不对称时出现直流电解所造成的危害加以总结,并提示电熔特种玻璃时应注意的成分含量,以此期望对同行有所裨益。
This paper summarizes the harms caused by DC electrolysis resulting from the unsymmetric power supply from primary battery and electrodes due to the use of multiple electrode materials in the electric melting type Pt-substitute crucibles and electric melting furnaces for making glass fibers by Nanjing Fiberglass Research & Design Institute in 1970-1978, and thereby points out the issues for attention in the electric melting of special types of glass, hoping to be helpful to the specialists in the same industry.
