摘要
运用文献、调查、对比等方法,对体育专业和非体育专业大学生可得性心理能力进行研究,探讨心理成就动机、工作综合素质能力、人生价值观对大学生的成长作用。运用卡氏16PF、个体成就问卷、陶国富成才心理问卷,对520名不同专业的大学生进行测试比较。结果表明:体育专业的大学生在人生观、人文素质方面与非体育专业的大学生存在差距,揭示我国高校体育专业大学生的心理特点和教育教学的薄弱环节,以利于认识和培养全面发展的合格人才。
