摘要
以MS为基本培养体系,附加2,4-D、BA、NAAI、BA及KT,对黄花乌头叶片进行愈伤组织诱导、成苗及植株再生研究。建立了黄花乌头快繁体系:①愈伤组织诱导体系:M1(MS+2,4-D2mg/L+KT1mg/L);②成芽培养体系:M5(MS+BA4mg/L);③分化体系:M12(MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L);④生根体系:M16(MS+IBA1.0mg/L)。本研究为黄花乌头种源的大量供给和优异种质资源的保护提供了技术支撑。
A study was carried out on plant regeneration via leaf of Aconitum coreanum (Levl.) Rapaics in MS medium added with 2,4-D?BA,NAA,IBA and KT to induce plantlet. A rapid regeneration system was erected that M1(MS+2,4-D 2mg/L+KT 1mg/L) was calli induced system; M5(MS+BA 4mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L) was.buds forming system;M12(MS+BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L) was buds cluster differentiation system; M16(MS+IBA1.0mg/L) was rooting system. This paper supplies a technological method for large mount plants and protection of good varieties of Aconitum Coreanum(Levl.) Rapaics.
