摘要
阐述了硼桐油双改性酚醛树脂的改性原理,对以此为基体的编织型摩擦材料的磨损率和摩擦系数进行了测试和分析,并与其他几种酚醛树脂基摩擦材料进行了对比。结果表明,对酚醛树脂进行硼桐油双改性后应用于摩擦材料的效果理想。
In this paper, modifying mechanism of phenolic resin double-modified with boron and tung oil were discussed. Friction coefficient and wear rate of the frictional material made with phenolic resin double-modified has been tested and analyzed, and it has been compared with that of other several phenolic resin frictional materials. The experimental results showed that the friction properties of the friction material made with the phenolic resin double-modified were better than others.
