阐述了等离子体表面改性技术的作用原理,总结了等离子体对高聚物表面作用的多种理论。清除表面杂质、表面刻蚀、表面交联和形成具有新化学结构的表面是4种主要作用形式。等离子体技术正以其优越性在高聚物材料表面改性方面得到越来越广泛的应用。
The mechanism of surface modification on polymer by plasma technology is dissertated.Several principles of surface modification on polymer by plasma are summarized.There are four types for polymer surface modification:eliminating impurity on surface,exterior eroding,linking and forming new chemical structures.Plasma technology has found more and more extensive applications in (polymer) materials’ surface modification.
