摘要
分析了环京津地缘优势及对河北高教发展产生影响的因素,提出了借助优势发展的主要思路与对策;同时分析了环京津地缘优势发生作用的可能性,以及在发挥环京津地缘优势过程中应当注意的问题。
This paper analyses the advantages of the location of Hebei province around Beijing and Tianjin and the influencing factors to the development of the higher education, puts forward the method of using the advantages of the location in the development of higher education. It also discusses the possibility of this effect and the problems when using the advantages of the location.
