摘要
通过有机前体溶胶法制备了稳定的粒径为10nm以下的TiO2纳米溶胶,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和动态激光光散射(DLS)对TiO2微粒的形成进行表征,发现乙酸与钛酸四异丙酯加入量对TiO2的粒径和稳定性具有显著的影响。
In this paper, the preparationof TiO_ 2 sol and its stability have been investigated by means of FT-IR and DLS analyses. It was indicated that the ratio of n(CH_ 3 COOH):n(TIT) is the key parameter, which has a remarkable influence on the stability TiO_ 2 of sol. When ratio of n(CH_ 3 COOH):n(TIT) is equal to 113, the diameter of the TiO_ 2 particle is around 10 nm during sol-gel process.
