摘要
通过突加动荷方法模拟爆破过程,利用瞬态有限单元法求解爆破作用下岩体内的应力场和位移场,分析了南芬露天铁矿生产爆破对主运输平硐的影响。按位移等效原则建立爆破震动现场测试数据与模拟结果之间的关系,得到了突加动荷与质点震动速度、段爆破药量等物理量的关系,给出了岩体——硐室系统的阻尼系数、极限抗振速度和临界单段药量。结果表明现爆破下平硐是稳定的,规范中给定的岩体极限抗震速度有些保守。
The artificial blasting process was simulated by the method of Sudden Live Load, and the dynamic stress and displacement fields were calculated by transient FEM. The effect of the blasting of production on main transported adit was analyzed at Nanfen Iron Open-pit Mine. According to the displacement equivalence principle, the relationship of the substantive blasting vibration gained by measurement and the results simulated was set up. The relationships between sudden live load and those physical quantities were gained also, such as particle vibration velocity, onestep blasting dose and so on. The damping coefficient of rock mass-room system, limiting antivibration velocity and critical onestep dose are presented. The results indicate that the adit is stable and the value of the given critical antivibration velocity of rock is a little low.
