摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定头痛灵胶囊中阿司匹林、咖啡因、普奈洛尔、醋酸泼尼松和吲哚美辛的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈0.01mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH2.8)(5050),检测波长为270nm,流速0.9mL·min-1。结果:咖啡因在15.46~48.46mg·L-1,阿司匹林在99.88~299.64mg·L-1,普奈洛尔在5.26~15.78mg·L-1,醋酸泼尼松在4.03~12.09mg·L-1,吲哚美辛在10.04~30.10mg·L-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好。结论:该方法可同时测定头痛灵胶囊中阿司匹林、咖啡因、普奈洛尔、醋酸泼尼松和吲哚美辛的含量。
OBJECTIVETo established a method for simultaneous determination of caffeine, asipirin, propranolol hydrochloride, prednisone acetate and indometacin in the Toutongling capsules by HPLC. METHODSCaffeine, asipirin,propranolol hydrochloride, prednisone acetate and indometacin were eluted with CH_(3)CN: (0.01) mol·L^(-1)KH_(2)PO_(4 )(1% triethyiamine, pH (2.8)) ( 50∶50) on C_(18) column and detected at 270 nm. RESULTSThe Calibration curves were linear in the range of (15.46)-(48.46) mg[DK]·L^(-1)(caffeine),(99.88)-(299.64) mg·L^(-1)(aspirin), (5.26)-(15.78) mg·L^(-1)(propranolol hydrochloride), (4.03)-(12.09) mg·L^(-1 )(prednisone acetate), (10.04)-(30.10) mg·L^(-1)(indometacin). CONCLUSIONThis method is accurate for simultaneous determination of the five components in the capsules.
