摘要
目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和脑电图(EEG)在椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)中的应用价值.方法对86例临床诊断为VBI的患者同时进行TCD、EEG检测和对比分析,并与正常对照组进行对照.结果临床诊断为椎-基底动脉供血不足的患者,经TCD检查大多数有异常改变,可表现为脑血流速度增快或减慢,频谱形态及频谱性质的改变.EEG提示:α泛化,前移,平均α频率8~10Hz,顶、枕区α波不占优势,部分患者有活动轻度弥漫性增多.结论 TCD对椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的脑血管缺血范围及程度高度敏感,EEG对脑缺血后脑细胞的功能改变有价值,因此二者结合对椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的早期诊断、疗效评价、预后评估有着重要的价值.
Objective To explore the applicable value of transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and electroencephalogram(EEG) on Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency(VBI). Methods The TCDs and EEGs of 86 cases with VBI were investigated and compared with control groups. Results Patients clinically diagnosed as VBI had some abnormities: the velocity of the blood flow in brain became faster or slower, the form and property of the frequency spectrum were changed. Conclusion The combine of TCD and EEG may improve the sensitivity of VBI diagnosis. It is a good and valuable method in clinical application.
