摘要
研究了香菇、灵芝、灰树花多糖以1∶0.5∶0.5比例复合后的复合多糖对小白鼠的肉瘤S180和Lewis肺癌的抑制作用及对小白鼠免疫功能的影响。以荷瘤小鼠的瘤重为指标观察复合多糖的抗肿瘤活性,以LDH测定法测定了NK活性。研究结果表明,复合食用菌多糖能显著抑制小鼠的肉瘤S180和Lewis肺癌,最高抑瘤率分别为42.2%和49.3%。同时复合食用菌多糖也能提高小鼠N K和巨噬细胞的活性。
With the aim of extending knowledge on edible fungus's polysaccharides for cancer treatment,this study was performed to evaluate the antitumor efficiency of the mixture of polysaccharides of lentinula edodes,Ganoderma lucidium and Grifola frondosa(ratio 1 ∶ 0.5 ∶ 0.5). Kuming female mice(10 animals/group)were treated during 30 consecutive days with polysaccharides compounds added to basal diet at three concentrations:0.17,0.33 and 1.00 g/kg body weight. At day 15 and during 8 days,mice were injected with vaccine(20 mg/kg body weight). The tumor control was carried out by methods of S180 and Lewis lung cancer. Blank and positive groups(10 animals each)receiving diet and CTX injection were also evaluated. The antitumor activity was observed using the tumor weight as index,the activity of natural killer(NK)were examined by the LDH. The results showed that the polysaccharides compounds could remarkably inhibit the growth of S180 and Lewis lung cancer;the inhibitory rates were 42.2% and 49.3% respectively. Furthermore,it could promote the activity of NK cells and macrophage in mice.
