摘要 海藻糖为非还原性双糖,由于它是许多有机体能够在干燥环境中无水生活的关键物质,从而成为近年来国际上有关低聚糖的研发热点之一。现将海藻糖饮食毒性的研究进展作一综述。 Trehalose, a unique, non-reducing disaccharide ,is becoming a hot point of the study on oligosaccharidebecause it is a key element for anhydrobiosis (capability of surviving almost complete dehydration) in many organisms.This paper summarizes the evaluation on safe intakes of thehalose.
