摘要
阐述了高压异步电机直接起动的缺点,介绍了一种以intel80C196微处理器为核心的高压异步电机的软起动器,对控制器的电路结构及软件进行了分析。该控制器主电路是一个由晶闸管控制的限流变压器,高压电机通过变压器的高压绕组接到电网上,而变压器的每一组低压绕组并接一对反并联的晶闸管,通过控制晶闸管的触发角可以连续改变低压绕组的电压,从而连续改变电机的定子两端电压,使高压电机平稳可靠地起动。
This paper expresses the disadvantages of direct on-line starter for high-voltage asynchronous motor and introduces a kind of high-voltage soft starter based on intel80C196 single-chip microcomputer,analyzes its main circuit and software.The main circuit of the controller is a transformer controlled by SCR.High-voltage asynchronous motor is connected with the electric net by the transformer′s high-voltage winding. The low-voltage winding is connected with anti-parallel SCR.The voltage of low-voltage winding is continuously changed by controlling firing angle of SCR,then the voltage of motor′s stator is continuously changed. The motor can start steadily and reliably.
