摘要 为了深入研究拉伸弯曲矫直机的除鳞和板形矫正机理,对盐酸酸洗工艺进行了分析,阐述了拉伸弯曲矫直机是酸洗生产线中提高除鳞效率和改善带材板形、保证高速高效生产顺利进行和酸洗线产品质量的关键设备。阐明了板形调控及板形检测手段和矫直技术的研究现状,指出了拉伸弯曲矫直理论的研究方向。 In order to investigate the mechanism of stretching, bending and levelling in removingthe squama of strips and rectifying the flatness of strips, the technique of hydrochloric acid bathe was analyzed. The stretching, bending and leveling is the key e-quipment of a hydrochloric acid bathe line for improving the efficiency of the squama of strips removed, upgrading the flatness of strips and ensuring the good quality strips. The flatness measurement and the actuality of strip flatness rectified technique were illustrated. The trend of the study on the mechanism of striptension leveling is point out.
