摘要 目的:探讨在原发性肝细胞癌中Topo-的表达以及与原发性肝细胞癌生物学特征的相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例原发性肝细胞癌及42例非肝癌肝组织中Topo-的表达。结果:显示60例原发性肝细胞癌Topo-表达率为58.33%,42例非肝癌肝组织Topo-的表达率为40.00%,两者有显著差异;在原发性肝细胞癌中,Topo-的表达与原发性肝细胞的门静脉癌栓形成以及肝内转移相关。结论:原发性肝细胞癌的Topo-表达,不仅是药物敏感性的指标,还可以为临床上认识原发性肝细胞癌的生物学特性,估计预后提供依据。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of Topo-Ⅱ in hepatocellular carcinomaan(HCC) and to explore the relationship between the expression of Topo-Ⅱand biological behavior of HCC. Methods: 60 histologically verified HCC and 42 non-HCC specimens were examined for Topo-Ⅱby immunohistochemical methods. Results: The positive rate of Topo-Ⅱ expression was 58.33% in HCC tissues, it`s higher than Topo-Ⅱexpression in non-HCC liver tisssues. The expression of Topo-Ⅱ was related to metastasis and portal embolosis.Conclusions: The expression of Topo-Ⅱ in HCC played an important role not only in chemotherapy strategy , but also in biological behavior of HCC.
