摘要
综述了超细WC-Co硬质合金的组织与性能特征。超细硬质合金因其粉末原料细小,比表面积特别大,易氧化,含氧量高,氧在还原过程中对碳平衡产生了显著的影响,使碳含量的控制显得尤为重要。随着超细硬质合金粉末原料的细化,合金需要达到完全致密的烧结温度就越低。晶粒长大抑制剂的加入使超细硬质合金的收缩率曲线开始收缩温度相对要低,且收缩峰变宽;并且它对超细硬质合金的性能和组织产生重大的影响。超细硬质合金具有普通硬质合金难以达到的高硬度和强度,以及比同类普通硬质合金的高得多的矫顽磁力。
The paper has summarized structure and performance features of ultra fine-cemented carbides WC-Co. Starting powders of ultra fine-cemented carbides have fine grain size and high specific area, so it is oxidated easily and have high the oxygen content. In the course of deoxidization, oxygen effect on the C balance marked, which makes it important to control C content. With the size of starting powders of ultra fine-cemented carbides decreasing,the sintering temperature for alloy reaching complete densification will be lower. The addition of grain grow inhibitors will make the begin shrinkage temperature low relatively and shrinkage peak broaden. Ultra fine-cemented carbides WC-Co have high strength and high hardness. At the same time, it has high coercive force, which common homogeneous cemented carbides have not.
