摘要
对白刚玉陶瓷磨具泛黄的机理加以研究,分析了白刚玉陶瓷磨具泛黄的主要原因应是在氧化气氛烧成条件下,白刚玉陶瓷磨具所用磨料及结合剂中的杂质铁和钛的氧化物形成色心着色现象造成的。结合机理分析在大量探索试验的基础上,最终确定了以原生产工艺制度为基础,通过加入一种具有乳浊作用的无色氧化物来实现白刚玉陶瓷磨具增白的工艺措施,并对新工艺进行生产验证,对产品主要使用性能加以测试对比。该增白工艺经受了1年多来批量生产的验证,通过对用户使用效果进行质量跟踪,认为:该增白工艺技术可靠,产品性能稳定。当增白剂加入7g/kg(干料)时产品H unter白度由配方1中的75.34%提高到80.67%,由配方2中76.18%提高到80.45%,增白效果较为理想,实现了产品外观商品化的要求。
The mechanism of the white corundum ceramic abrasive tool coloring orange was studied.The main cause for the cotoring orange was the color center coloring phenomenon of the oxide impurities of Fe and Ti under the oxygen- atmosphere sintering circumstance. Based on the analysis of mechanism and exploring experiments,it was found that the whiteness of the product could be improved by adding a kind of the colorless oxide with opacification to the forming materials according to the former processing system. The new production process was tested and the main properties of the new generation products contrasted with those of the old ones. The new procedure endured the inspection of mass production over a year. Through tracing the service effect of the product,it indicated that the new technology is reliable and the new product’ s properties are stable. When the whitening agent was added 7g/kg in mass to the dry materials, the Hunter whiteness value raised from 75.34% to 80.67% in formula 1 and from 76.18% to 80.45% in formula 2. The whitening effect is satisfactory and the good apparent quality of the product was obtained.
