实验性仓鼠颊囊白斑样损害与人口腔白斑扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 用SEM技术,对仓鼠颊囊的实验性白斑样损害和人口腔白斑的表面超微结构进行了比较研究,重点定量观察了上皮细胞表面的微皱襞的改变情况,结果显示正常的仓鼠颊囊粘膜与正常人的舌背及颊囊粘膜均有相似之处;仓鼠单纯增生性白斑和人舌背的单纯增生性白斑的表面超微结构极其一致,都以微皱襞间宽增宽为特征;仓鼠颊囊不典型增生性白斑的表面细胞微皱襞和人舌背不典型增生性白斑的表面细胞微皱襞进一步发生改变,前者以微皱襞宽增宽为主,后者以微皱襞间宽增宽更为显著。这些改变说明仓鼠颊囊白斑模型的可用性,也说明上皮细胞微皱襞会随着组织学上的改变而改变,暗示SEM可用于口腔白斑癌变的监测。 Abstract The surface ultrastructure of experimental leukoplakic patches and human oral leukoplakia was studied by scanning electron microscopy.Especially the microplicae of surface cells was quantitatively analysed.The result showed that the simplex hyperplasia leukoplakic patches of hamster cheek pouch extremely coincided with that of human in the changes of ultrastracture,that is, the furrows between two adjacent microplicae were widened;The microplicae of dysplastic leukoplakic patches of hamster cheek pouch and human lingua dorsum was progressivery changed.The widths of microplicae af the former was widened and the furrows of between two adjacent microplicae of the latter was mainly widened,These results suggested that the changes of the microplicae progress with histologic changes and that SEM may detect early cancerous transformation of Oral leukoplakia.
