摘要
通过对番茄根茎叶解剖结构的观察,发现在缺钙缺镁条件下,番茄植株根、茎、叶的内皮层和输导组织细胞结构不正常;髓部细胞变小,木质部导管木化程度深,薄壁细胞少,细胞壁变厚,细胞个体变小,细胞组织变形,叶片变薄,叶片上下产生较多的表皮毛。
Observing the anatomical structures of tomato plants under Ca-deficient and Mg-deficient conditions,it is shown that the cell structures of the endodermises and conduction tissues of the roots,stems and leaves are abnormal.The pith cells turn much smaller.The lignification of the xylem ducts increases.There are a larger number of thin-walled cells than there are of normal ones,The cell wall becomes thicker the cellular body smaller,and the cell tissues are out of shape.The depth of the leaf blade gives rise to more epidermal hairs.
