Agouti信号蛋白对黑素细胞的影响 被引量:4

摘要 Agouti信号蛋白与皮肤颜色、肥胖、Ⅱ型糖尿病、增加身高和肿瘤易感性有关。综述Agouti信号蛋白的结构和表达,通过与黑素细胞的作用机制、抑制以及促进一些蛋白的表达,实现对黑素细胞增殖、分化以及黑素合成从优黑素转向褐黑素的调节,Agouti信号蛋白这种作用依赖于Attractin的正常表达。
