摘要
在１４只ＳＤ大鼠的一侧听皮质泳注ＨＲＰ，观察听皮质与中缝背核以及蓝斑的联系。标记细胞分布于ＤＲ的各部，主要见于中缝和同侧，对侧汉占总数的３０％；在ＬＣ见到的标记细胞主要位于该核同侧尾份的３／５，对侧者稍多于６％。作者并进行了标记细胞类型的观察。
The microiontophoretic injections of HRP was made into the auditory cortex of 14 SD rats to observe the connections between auditory cortex and dorsal raphe nucleus(DR)and locus coeruleus(LC).HRP labelled neurons were distributed in all Parts of DR, mainly on the midline and the ipsilateral side, only about 3% of the total labelled neurons in the contralateral.The labelled cells were concentrated in the middle part on rostro-caudal direction and in the intermediate and ventral parts on dorso-ventral direction.The shape of the labelled cells were multipolar and piriform and the later were fewer than 30%.In LC the labelled neurons were primarily located in the caudal threefifth of the nucleus in the ipsilateral, more than 6% in the contralateral,and about 88%in the dorsal part on dorso-ventral direction,They were multipolar and piriform in shape, the later about 22%,No labelled nerve endings were found in DR and LC.Different density of HRP granules in labelled cells in LG were found,it was considered that it is due to differentdistribution in density of their axonal collaterals in the injected cortical area.
