新型弹性箔片动压气体止推轴承的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 对新开发的一种弹性支承箔片动压气体止推轴承进行了理论分析和数值计算,并在多功能气体轴承试验台上对轴承的稳定性、承载力、振动特性和启停性能等进行了深入的试验研究.在轴承的弹性材料厚度为0.25mm、箔片厚度为0.07mm、节距比为0.7、转速为108398r/min时,试验获得了25.9N的最高轴向承载力.试验结果表明复合弹性支承材料具有良好的阻尼特性,能有效地抑制转子的振动和限制涡动振幅的增加;金属箔片的柔性表面刚度均匀,能有效地降低转子及轴承表面的损伤;新型弹性箔片动压气体止推轴承具有良好的稳定性、运转性能和启停性能,具有很好的发展潜力和实用前景. A new aerodynamic compliant foil thrust gas bearing with elastic support is proposed and developed. By theory analysis and numerical calculations, the main factors that have effects on the bearing performances were discussed and the ranges of optimum bearing parameters were obtained. The experimental study was conducted on the multifunctional gas bearing test rig including stability, load capacity and operation performance. The highest thrust bearing load of 25.9 N was obtained when s = 0.25 mm, t = 0.07 mm, b = 0.7 and n = l08398 r/min in the experiments. The experimental results indicate that the good damping characteristics of the elastic support material restrain the rotor's vibration and the bearing surface effectively. In addition, new aerodynamic foil thrust gas bearing with elastic support possesses good stability, operation capability and start-stop performance.
