摘要
以鸡胚肢软骨为氟中毒模型,通过鸡胚肢软骨细胞超微结构观察,研究了氟对鸡胚软骨细胞的毒性作用及镁对其作用的拮抗效应。结果表明:不同剂量氟化物对鸡胚软骨细胞造成不同程度的损伤,且随剂量增加其损伤加重,镁对氟所致鸡胚软骨细胞损伤具有不同程度的保护作用。
In this paper,the fluorine toxicity on limb cartilage cells of chick embryo and the dose-re-sponse relationship were studied. Meanwhile the ultrastructures of the cells were also observed adding Mg. The results showed that lesions with different degrees for limb cartilage cells of chick embryo could be caused by different dose of fluorine,and the lesions became more serious with the increase of fluorine dose. The lesions could be greatly reduced after adding Mg,indicating that Mg had certain protection to the lesions caused by fluorine.
