雌激素和克罗米酚对致痫大鼠行为学、脑电图和海马神经元损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解雌激素和克罗米酚对海人酸(kainicacid,KA)致痫大鼠癫痫发作的影响。方法:给去势的雌性大鼠添加雌激素治疗,或添加雌激素和克罗米酚治疗,比较各组大鼠致痫后癫痫发作的行为学、脑电图和海马神经元损伤的变化。结果:给雌激素治疗的大鼠癫痫发作的潜伏期和到达4级或5级(4/5级)的时间均较KA组明显缩短.而同时给雌激素和克罗米酚治疗组的潜伏期比单纯给雌激素治疗组明显延长。脑电图的变化与行为学的改变基本一致。致痫后的大鼠海马均可见到明显的细胞损伤,与癫痫发作严重程度和时间相一致。结论:高水平的雌激素可促进癫痫发作,给克罗米酚治疗具有一定的抗癫痫作用。 Objective: To find out the effects of estrogen and clomiphene on seizures induced by kainic acid. Methods: Ovariectomized Sprague-Dawley(SD) female rats were treated with estrogen or estrogen and clomiphene. We compared their epileptic behavior, electroen-cephalogram(EEG) and hippocampal cell damage when they were induced seizures. Results: The latency and time of reaching 4 or 5 degree in the groups added estrogen reduced more greatly than KA group, while the latency of KA + E20 + C group(adding estrogen and clomiphene) became prolonged significantly than KA + E20 group(only adding estrogen). The changes of EEG were accordant with their behaviors. There were cell damages in the hippocampus of all epileptic rats and compliant with severity and time of seizures. Conclusion: High-level estrogen can be proconvjlsant and clomiphene may have some antiepileptic effects.
