摘要 以新中国50年来基础教育发展的历史事实为依据,以新世纪基础教育的应然发展为基点,论述了我国当前基础教育改革必须坚持的理性遵循和基本主张:中国基础教育改革必须站在为历史负责,为中国的未来负责,为孩子的发展负责的高度,认真研究和遵循教育发展的客观规律,必须观照中国基础教育发展的具体现实,必须坚持继承中的创新与扬弃中的突破。 Resting on the 50-year development of Chinese basic education after the People's Republic of China was founded, taking the ideal development of basic education in the new century as the starting point, this article discusses the rationality and basic advocates current Chinese basic education reform insists on: the Chinese basic education reform must be carried out with a sense to be responsible for the history, for the future of China and for the children's future development, must make good efforts to find out and adhere to the objective law of the education development, must pay attention to the concrete reality of Chinese basic education development and must persist the innovation with inheriting and the breakthrough with discarding.
